Version: 25-09-2026
These ticket terms apply to the purchase, possession and use of tickets for CTP Con.
Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These terms apply to every agreement between CTP Con and a buyer or visitor concerning a ticket for CTP Con.
1.2 By ordering a ticket, the buyer declares that these terms were available before the purchase and that they accept their applicability.
1.3 If the original buyer transfers a ticket to someone else, these terms also apply to the final visitor.
1.4 Deviations from these terms are valid only if CTP Con has confirmed them in writing.
1.5 Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over provisions in these terms.
Article 2. Tickets and ticket categories
2.1 A ticket grants admission only to the edition, day, period, zone or ticket category stated on the ticket or during the purchase.
2.2 CTP Con may offer different ticket categories, including day tickets, weekend tickets, children's tickets, VIP tickets and other special ticket categories.
2.3 Children under 6 may be admitted free of charge where this has been announced for the edition concerned. In case of doubt, CTP Con may ask for a reasonable form of age verification.
2.4 Additional conditions may apply to certain ticket categories. These will be clearly stated before purchase.
2.5 A ticket does not entitle its holder to a particular seat, programme item, artist, creator, vendor, activity, giveaway or other individual experience, unless it is expressly part of the ticket concerned.
Article 3. Formation of the agreement
3.1 The agreement is formed once the order has been successfully completed and confirmed by CTP Con or the ticketing or webshop system used.
3.2 The buyer is responsible for entering the email address and other necessary details correctly.
3.3 CTP Con may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, fraud, abuse, technical malfunction or clearly incorrect price, insofar as the law permits.
3.4 If payment is not completed, or not completed in full, no right of admission arises.
Article 4. Prices and payment
4.1 Ticket prices for consumers are shown including VAT and all unavoidable mandatory costs per ticket.
4.2 Costs for voluntary extras, such as parking, merchandise, catering or other additional products, are stated separately.
4.3 If a mandatory cost varies per order and therefore cannot be fully included in the initial ticket price, the applicable cost and how it is calculated will be made clear before purchase.
4.4 Available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
4.5 The buyer is responsible for any fees charged by their own bank, payment provider or another external party that are not imposed by CTP Con.
Article 5. No statutory cooling-off period
5.1 Tickets for CTP Con relate to leisure activities on a specific date or within a specific period.
5.2 Under the statutory exception for such event tickets, there is generally no right of withdrawal or 14-day cooling-off period.
5.3 A completed ticket order therefore cannot be cancelled free of charge merely because the buyer has changed their mind.
5.4 This provision does not restrict any mandatory legal rights the buyer may have, for example if CTP Con cancels or is responsible under the law for another failure to perform.
Article 6. Cancellation by the visitor and refunds
6.1 If the buyer or visitor cannot attend CTP Con, there is generally no right to a refund.
6.2 This applies, among other things, to illness, personal circumstances, transport problems, changes in travel plans, tickets bought twice or no longer wishing to attend the event.
6.3 In exceptional situations, CTP Con may voluntarily offer another solution. Such a goodwill gesture does not create an entitlement in other cases or for future editions.
6.4 Where the law requires a refund, price reduction or another remedy, that statutory right remains fully applicable.
Article 7. Transfer of tickets
7.1 A regular ticket may be transferred to someone else free of charge, unless it was expressly stated at purchase that the ticket is personal.
7.2 No name change is needed for a transfer if ticket checks are based solely on the validity of the ticket or QR code.
7.3 The original buyer remains responsible for transferring the ticket securely.
7.4 A ticket can be used validly only once. Once it has been scanned or otherwise recorded as used, the same ticket cannot be used again.
7.5 For special ticket categories, such as certain VIP, accreditation or personal tickets, CTP Con may carry out additional identification or a name check where this was announced in advance.
Article 8. Resale
8.1 Tickets may not be resold commercially or offered at a price higher than the original ticket price paid by the buyer, except for reasonable, demonstrable transaction costs of a permitted resale platform.
8.2 Tickets may not be used for unauthorised commercial activities, lotteries, packages, promotions or other sales activities without CTP Con's prior written consent.
8.3 If CTP Con can reasonably establish that tickets were obtained or offered in breach of this article, it may take measures to prevent abuse, including blocking the tickets concerned, insofar as the law permits.
8.4 CTP Con is not responsible for tickets purchased outside official sales channels. The buyer of such a resold ticket bears the risk that it is invalid, copied or already used.
Article 9. Admission and ticket checks
9.1 Admission requires a valid and clearly legible ticket or valid QR code.
9.2 CTP Con may scan and register tickets to grant admission, prevent duplicate use and manage visitor flows.
9.3 CTP Con may refuse admission if a ticket is invalid, forged, copied, already used or obtained fraudulently.
9.4 The visitor is responsible for having their ticket available and legible on entry.
9.5 If there is doubt about eligibility for an age-restricted or personal ticket, additional verification may be requested.
Article 10. House rules and conduct
10.1 Visitors must comply with CTP Con's house rules, reasonable directions from staff and security, and the applicable rules of the event venue.
10.2 CTP Con may refuse admission or remove a visitor from the premises for, among other things, aggression, intimidation, discrimination, theft, fraud, dangerous conduct, serious nuisance, possession of prohibited items or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.
10.3 If a visitor is rightly refused or removed because of their own conduct, there is generally no right to a refund.
10.4 CTP Con may carry out bag checks, admission checks or other reasonable safety measures insofar as permitted and appropriate for the event.
Article 11. Programme, guests and changes
11.1 The announced programme, timetable, activities, vendors, creators, artists, guests, competitions and other programme elements may change.
11.2 CTP Con may make reasonable changes to times, room layout, programme, activities or participants where necessary or desirable for the organisation, safety, availability or quality of the event.
11.3 The cancellation or change of one or more programme elements, guests, vendors, creators or activities does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund if the event as a whole proceeds and the essential nature of the purchased ticket does not materially change.
11.4 If a change is so substantial that it constitutes a relevant failure to perform under mandatory consumer law, the buyer's statutory rights continue to apply.
Article 12. Postponement or cancellation by CTP Con
12.1 CTP Con may postpone, adapt or cancel the event where circumstances make this necessary.
12.2 In the case of a postponement, CTP Con will, where possible, keep the existing ticket valid for the new date or offer another appropriate solution.
12.3 In the case of complete cancellation without a replacement event, the buyer has the rights provided by applicable law. If a refund is legally due, CTP Con cannot offer only a credit or postponement without the buyer's consent.
12.4 In the event of postponement or another material change, CTP Con informs ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible using the available contact details and, where necessary, publishes additional information on its website.
12.5 CTP Con does not reimburse travel, accommodation, parking, lost leisure time or other consequential costs, except insofar as liability for these cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Article 13. Force majeure
13.1 Force majeure means circumstances beyond CTP Con's reasonable control that make performance of the event wholly or partly impossible, unsafe or unreasonably burdensome.
13.2 These may include extreme weather, fire, disruptions, failure of essential infrastructure, government measures, epidemics, serious security incidents, strikes, terrorism, situations of war or other comparable circumstances.
13.3 In the event of force majeure, CTP Con may take reasonable measures, including changing, temporarily interrupting, postponing or cancelling the event.
13.4 Any rights to a refund, replacement performance or another remedy depend on the circumstances and applicable mandatory rules. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights in cases of force majeure.
Article 14. Photography, video and media
14.1 Photos and videos may be taken during CTP Con for coverage, communication and promotion of CTP Con and future editions.
14.2 Visitors may be recognisable in these images. Further information on personal data processing and how to object is in CTP Con's privacy statement.
14.3 For focused portraits, interviews or other productions in which a person is clearly the subject, CTP Con assesses separately whether additional consent is necessary or appropriate.
Article 15. Liability and property
15.1 Visitors enter the event and take part in activities with due regard for the ordinary risks associated with a public event.
15.2 CTP Con is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless the damage results from circumstances for which CTP Con is liable under the law.
15.3 CTP Con is not liable for damage caused by a visitor's failure to follow directions, safety rules, house rules or instructions.
15.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for damage where exclusion or limitation is not permitted under mandatory law.
Article 16. Personal data
16.1 In connection with ticket sales and admission, CTP Con processes personal data needed for ordering, payment, ticket delivery, admission checks and necessary event communications.
16.2 Ticket buyers are not automatically subscribed to general marketing communications simply because they buy a ticket.
16.3 Further information is in CTP Con's privacy and cookie statements.
Article 17. Complaints
17.1 Questions or complaints about an order or visit may be sent to info@ctpcon.nl.
17.2 For a ticket-related complaint, please include the order number and the email address used for the order where possible.
17.3 CTP Con aims to handle complaints within a reasonable period.
Article 18. Applicable law and final provisions
18.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and the agreement between CTP Con and the buyer.
18.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court under the statutory rules. This provision does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
18.3 If a provision of these terms proves invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective as far as possible.
18.4 CTP Con may amend these terms for future purchases. An agreement already concluded is generally governed by the version that applied at the time of purchase, unless a change is legally necessary or does not disadvantage the buyer.
18.5 The latest version of these terms is published at ctpcon.nl.
